Hello! I'm Aulona

I’m a yoga teacher and sound therapist, but to me, it’s so much more than a title.

This work lights me up. It’s what I love, what I believe in, and what I’m here to share.

Helping people feel safe in their bodies and connected to themselves is my purpose,
and it means everything to me. This is my calling.

This isn’t about being perfect or having it all together.
It’s about showing up, tuning in, and learning to trust your body and your journey,
one breath at a time.

From grounding Hatha inspired flows to slow, mindful movement, my classes invite you to reconnect with your body and breath. Each session is designed to help you release tension, build gentle strength, and find stillness within. You’re encouraged to flow at your own pace, honouring what feels right for you in each moment. All levels are welcome.

The class has been such a welcoming space for me on the times I've been. I've always felt comfortable and accepted there which has been so nice as I'd never attended anything like it before. The classes themselves have been incredible for me as they've given me a huge step towards letting go of stress and anger and things that are outside of my control. Even when I've been unable to attend I've been able to take away the lessons I've learned and used them to help ground myself. Yes, but it depends on the condition. Before booking, you'll be asked to complete a health form so I can understand any concerns. I'll let you know if there are any reasons a class or event may not be suitable for you.

Yes, mats and props are provided unless stated otherwise. You're always welcome to bring your own if you prefer.

All levels are welcome. Unless a class is specifically marked as intermediate, you'll be fully supported, I'll guide you and offer modifications to suit your needs. Remember, yoga has no limits

You can book directly through my booking system, where you'll find all upcoming classes, events, and workshops.

At this time, my classes and sound baths are not recommended during pregnancy. In the future, I plan to gain my pre-natal and post-natal yoga certification so I can welcome you safely.
